Did you know this dining room has a movie credit? This space was Copain from the 1940s through the 1980s, French for boyfriend, and in 1972 it appeared in The French Connection starring Gene Hackman.
After learning the history when we took the space over, we decided to give it a female spin and it became Copinette, French for girlfriend.
