Today is a big day! From here on out, we will be exclusively roasting and serving our own coffee at the Pulley Collective in Red Hook. We have been steadily incorporating RED coffee into our coffee menu over the past few weeks, but we made the final leap today, after using up the last bag of Black Cat.. EVER. Look forward to a rotating selection single-origin coffees and espresso blends roasted by our own baristas in Brooklyn.
