A Menu du Marché is a seasonal, ever-evolving menu built around the freshest ingredients the chef finds at the market that day.
In France, open-air markets take place several mornings a week, where local farmers and artisans bring their best produce, cheeses, and meats at peak season. It’s this rhythm that inspires our Menu du Marché at Café Boulud at Maison BARNES, where each dish is shaped by what’s freshest and most vibrant right now.
Some of our dishes on the menu:
Velouté d’Oignon Nouveau with spring onion, goat cheese, and crispy tuile
Risotto aux Petits Pois with english peas, soft egg, and lemon ricotta
Daurade Méditerranéenne with zucchini, ricotta gnocchi, and basil pistou
A lunch that changes with the season, guided by the market and crafted by our chefs.
Tuesday – Saturday | 12:00PM – 2:30PM
