One of our very favorite days of the year, our annual volunteer day with Billion Oyster Project on Governors Island! Our team looks forward to this day every year, and we’re proud to have partnered with BOP for the last 11 years. It was a wonderful day of volunteering and bonding with our team (and maybe some dancing in the rain as we get stuck in the storm!) From our restaurants over the years we have diverted 300,000 pounds of shells, which equates to 6 million oysters. Next stop: the Billion Oyster Party on September 24th! See you there 🦪

✨ Staff Spotlight! ✨ Everyone, meet Joey! He’s been with Crave for three years on the UWS, working his way from busser to server, and now our newest bartender. Joey is a huge Bills, Yankees & Knicks fan (in fact, the Knicks won the championship on his birthday!). If he’s not at work making us all laugh, you can find him at a Yankees game, or playing drums around the city with one of his bands. Say hi to Joey next time you’re on the Upper West Side!

There’s no need to fear summer coming to an end, because it means we’re heading into the absolute best season to enjoy oysters! 🦪 Especially premium PEI oysters like Raspberry Point Oyster Co..
