Happy 5 YEARS TO STUFFED!!! 🥳
This week Stuffed hit 5 years of officially being in buisness!! 7 years ago I started this page and 5 years ago I got my business license to make it all real.
It's been a very long hard journey but it's not over yet and in ways it feels like this is just the beginning!
Here is a course preview from the 7 course dinner menu!
Since becoming head chef at a company it's made me feel more empowered to take Stuffed further and elevate it more this year. Elevating soul food has always been a dream of mine because most would not consider it fine dining. With this dinner series I want to show everyone that fine dining isn't limited to one cuisine and fusion is not always gimmicky.
With this first part of the series I will be fusing together Soul food and Caribbean foods and elevating the dishes in a way that makes home cooking feel luxurious!
These dinner series events will be RSVP only and limited guests. More information and dates are coming soon!!

New events, New food concepts and New ideas are in the works and developing. Food is truly my life and I strive to take flavors as far as I can without reinventing the wheel but one thing your palate will never be is bored.

Happy 4 year anniversary to Stuffed!!
What I love about this month is in the io it the anniversary it's women's history month! As a woman in business I'm striving to really represent and make a name for myself.
