BambooTori

BambooTori BambooTori was an Asian fusion restaurant and sushi bar located on University Place. The restaurant was founded by three friends who wanted to introduce affordable and healthy Japanese comfort food to the market. Their innovative concept included a custom yakitori machine, which grilled meat and vegetable skewers in minutes. Customers could also watch their food being prepared before them. Two-time CHOPPED champion Chef Marc Bynum contributed a special meatball recipe that became a fan favorite, alongside the succulent bacon-wrapped asparagus skewers. BambooTori was known for offering the best yakitori in the city until its closure.
