To get to Victory Boulevard in New York, you can take the bus or subway and get off at the Victory Boulevard station. From there, walk towards the street until you reach your destination.

If you prefer to drive, take I-278 W towards Brooklyn/Staten Island and take exit 10 for Clove Road. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Narrows Road N/Verrazano Bridge. Turn right onto Narrows Road N and continue straight onto Richmond Terrace. Turn left onto Victory Boulevard and drive until you reach your destination.
