After 9 incredible years in Williamsburg, this Sunday Jan 25th will be Egg Shop’s final day of dine-in service at 138 N 8th street. This has been a very difficult decision, but it’s the right one at the right time for us.

Some good news in all this tho: this isn’t goodbye!!

Egg Shop will continue offering delivery and catering on all major delivery apps, now operating out of our sister restaurant, Gus & Marty’s, so you can still get your Egg Shop fix.

We know this is a big change, but chapters close and new ones open, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

We’re also working on some fun breakfast and brunch surprises with Egg Shop × Gus & Marty’s, coming in the spring.

We are deeply grateful for the nine years we’ve spent in Williamsburg and for the incredible community that grew with us. Thank you for all the love and support over the years, it has truly been our honor to share this journey with you.

Please come by Sunday and have one last BEC, truffle hashbrown, and bloody mary with us on the biggest snow storm of the year! forever! Love Sarah and Demetri 🥚

A quick note about egg prices. Due to to the ongoing avian flu outbreak, egg prices have sky rocketed, and like many restaurants we are feeling the impact. To keep serving the quality you expect from us we will have to make some small price adjustments to get us through this difficult period.
