I have always loved the almond cookies we would get from the Chinese restaurants when I was younger & I had been craving something different recently🙌🏻
So I decided to experiment and made a vegan version!🤗
They are soft and crunchy, just the right amount of sweetness and butter 🧈
These are going on my menu because everyone should get to enjoy these cookies 🍪💗
