1 tsp white vinegar 🧪

1 tbsp cornstarch 🌽

Pinch of salt 🧂

For the Vanilla Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy cream 🧴

2 tbsp powdered sugar 🍚

1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦

For the Topping:

1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries 🍓

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish) 🍃

Instructions

Prep the Oven & Pan:

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and draw a 7-8 inch circle on it as a guide for the pavlova. Flip the parchment paper over so the pencil/pen side is facing down. 🧑‍🍳🍰

Make the Meringue:

In a large, clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form (this takes about 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer).

Gradually add the granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Add the vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch, and beat for another 1-2 minutes until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and glossy. 🥄

Shape the Pavlova:

Spoon the meringue onto the prepared parchment paper, using the drawn circle as a guide. Spread it out to create a slightly raised edge around the sides, leaving a small indentation in the center to hold the whipped cream and raspberries later.

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Scrambled Eggs

4 large eggs

2 tbsp milk or cream

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp butter

Sausage

6 breakfast sausage links or patties

Optional: maple syrup for serving

Instructions
1. Pancakes

Whisk dry ingredients together.

Mix wet ingredients separately, then combine gently.

Heat skillet on medium, grease lightly.

Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.

Cook until bubbles form, flip, cook 1–2 min more. Keep warm.

2. Sausage

Loaded Baked Potato

Large russet potatoes

Butter

Sour cream

Asparagus

1 bunch asparagus

Olive oil

1. Baked Potato
