🍶Noreetuh x Brooklyn Kura🍶
Last october, team noreetuh got to visit BK Kura’s brewery in industry city. After learning more about the process, tasting the sakes, and hearing their stories, we knew a dinner collab had to happen. We’re excited to invite you to taste 5 of their sakes that our friend KC of BK Kura will walk us through. You’ll enjoy a family-style tasting menu with others. In true noreetuh fashion, feel free to bring a bottle to share with others!
See you all then!
“As one of only a handful of sake breweries in the United States, and the first in New York state, Brooklyn Kura is an emerging leader of the American craft sake movement. With respect for the Japanese sake brewing traditions that have evolved over a thousand years, co-founders Brian Polen and Brandon Doughan inspire interest in the ancient beverage with the application of unique American ingredients and a passion for the process.”

Tickets include sake, dinner, BYOB, tax, & gratuity.

What people say
Hawaiian cuisine is known for its unique blend of flavors and ingredients, making it a popular choice among food enthusiasts. And if you're looking for an exceptional Hawaiian restaurant in New York, look no further than noreetuh on 1st Avenue.
One of the standout dishes at noreetuh is their 30-Day Dry-Aged Porterhouse. This large format menu item is cooked to perfection using sous vide technique and finished off with a butter and herb baste for the perfect sear. It's a true showstopper that makes for a fun and delicious feast, perfect for any occasion.
But it's not just about the food at noreetuh - their cocktails are equally impressive. The Amaretto Colada and Hawaiian Firefly are two must-try drinks created by Ye & Courtney, creative minds at noreetuh. These cocktails perfectly capture the essence of Hawaii with their tropical flavors and unique twists.
Whether you choose to dine on their heated outdoor patio or indoors, noreetuh offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. So why not come by and raise a glass to good food, great drinks, and even better company? We guarantee you won't be disappointed!
