Our signature starter took the top spot, no surprise there.

#1 Toro Uni Caviar - Spanish Bluefin Tuna, seasonal Uni, Ikura, and Ossetra caviar.

#2 Uni Pasta - fresh fusilli, squid ink butter, Uni foam, seasonal Uni.

#3 Chicken Yakitori - Chicken thigh skewers, ginger tare, shiso, ume plum, sansho pepper.

#4 Unagi Foie Don - Roasted Eel, Hudson valley Foie gras, seasoned Koshihikari rice, black truffle.
