On a cold Autumn day, it's always a good idea to choose a simple, warm dish like this Salmon K**a. We recommend pairing it with the ponzu sauce 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Chikarashi was a contemporary Japanese, seafood, and Hawaiian restaurant located on Broadway. Chef Michael Jong Lim created a fusion menu that combined the flavors of Hawaiian poké with Japanese chirashi and Korean and Chinese cuisine. Chikarashi offered a fast-casual dining experience that gained popularity among locals for its unique dishes such as ponzu salmon, shoyu Ikura, and dolewhip flavors. However, it has been permanently closed and is no longer in operation.
