RAMP PESTO special!
We a quick nature break on Mother’s Day to ground ourselves after the shock of losing the Toad. Crossing our fingers that they would still be in season, we hiked with our baby up a mountain to find endless patches of ramps. When life gives us lemons, we make ramp pesto!
Family foraged ramps from the Catskills blended with a little salt & evoo, plant based prosciutto and tofu cream cheese!
