Last weekend, Nike powered us up and helped bring an unforgettable block party to Harlem during Puerto Ricoโs biggest weekend of the year.
I had the honor and privilege of flying in four Puerto Rican business owners directly from the Island to give the diaspora an authentic Puerto Rico-to-New York experience. What was brought to El Barrio this weekend was more than an eventโit was culture, community, and history in the making.
Thank you to my incredible team for believing in me and helping bring this vision to life. Thank you to my wife for her unwavering support and flawless ex*****on every step of the way. And thank you to Nike NYC and Kin Studios for seeing the vision, believing in it, and helping make it a reality.
This is what happens when culture, community, and opportunity come together.

A week ago, we hosted an unforgettable evening with NikeNYC celebrating our Puerto Rican heritage, culture, and roots. ๐ต๐ท
From incredible food (made by Chef Frances Roman ๐ฝ๐ต๐ท JIBARO BARBECUE & El Rancho de Apa ) and music to the sense of community that filled the room, every detail made the night feel truly special. It was an honor to share this experience with all of you and showcase the flavors, traditions, and pride that make our culture so unique.
I enjoyed every second of it, and I hope everyone who joined us felt right at home. โค๏ธ
