Brooklyn winters were made for red wine and candlelight. And we’ve added two heavy hitters to help you embrace the chill:
*Etna Rosso (Giovi Akraton): Volcanic, elegant, and soulful. Think of it as the refined side of Sicily.
*Barolo (Cascina Bongiovanni): The "King of Wines." Bold, structured, and perfect for those long January nights.
The pasta is handmade, the heater is on, and the corks are ready to fly.

Milled the old‑fashioned way: our organic New York corn is slowly stone‑ground between pink granite millstones to keep its natural oils, flavor, and texture intact. From that cornmeal brought by comes this dish :
Slow‑cooked polenta, oyster mushrooms kissed in the pan, finished with fragrant truffle oil.
A plate that lets good ingredients speak for themselves!
