Vegan Southern Thai Khao Yum Samun Prai 🌿 by chef
Butterfly pea rice served with fresh herbs, cucumber, long beans, purple cabbage, carrot, toasted coconut, crushed peanuts, lime, and our house-made vegan budu-style dressing. Finished with crispy tempeh for extra texture and depth. Bright, herbal, refreshing, and completely plant-based.
