When it comes to co**has, everyone loves "The Pink One." We wanted our pinkest co**ha to taste pink too, and what better flavor than raspberry to make these favorites come to life. We use freeze dried raspberry powder to bring a punchy flavor and a lovely color to the topping, which in turn beautifully complements our full-inclusion bun. Try one today, and check out our Raspberry Co**ha Playlist while you do!

It's our first market day of the 2026 season, and today we're featuring our Vanilla Co**ha! Even though we've been making these classics since the very beginning, they're new in a way because we're using a new mix of grains for our dough. This current recipe uses Bolles from Morningstar Farm in VT, Nu East from Spikenard farm in VA, and Sonora from Ramona Farms in AZ. It's a wonderful combo that brings performace and a balanced flavor. Come see us today, try a Vanilla Co**ha, and (of course!) check out our Vanilla Co**ha Playlist, linked below.
