To get to Walker Street in New York, you can take the subway and get off at the Canal Street Station (J, N, Q, R, Z, 6 trains). From there, walk south on Broadway and turn left onto Walker Street. The destination will be on your right.
If you prefer to drive and park, there are several parking garages nearby such as Icon Parking Systems on 100 Lafayette St or Quik Park on 8-12 Elizabeth St. However, please note that parking in this area can be expensive and limited.
