Hello Adobo Lovers! Just A Quick Update!!!..
We’ve just completed the initial licensing stage for our food business, we got the business name, logo registered, etc.. and we’re scheduled to attend an in-person class on how to run a food business in August this year. we've learned that getting a food license in NYC is not as easy as we thought. The lady handling our papers mentioned it could take up to 10 years to get a license! That's a long wait, but I'm confident that we can expedite the process with good business plan and a thorough research. Once we’re licensed, we’ll be bringing Filipino food to the streets of NYC, and we’ll be the first Filipino food cart in the city. I’m optimistic that we’ll get the license sooner than 10 years!
