We're thrilled to welcome Chef Angélica Ortiz to Eataly Downtown, in collaboration with Parmigiano Reggiano North America!
Angélica is a Colombian chef and winner of the 2025 50 Best Restaurants Scholarship, awarded in association with Parmigiano Reggiano. Selected from hundreds of international applicants, she went on to earn internships at two of the world's most celebrated restaurants: El Celler de Can Roca in Spain and SingleThread in Healdsburg, California.
Her cooking is rooted in sustainability, cultural identity, and the belief that food can be a powerful vehicle for social change.
