Such an amazing, classic dish. Skate à la Grenobloise. Both rich and light with beurre noisette, blood orange, cauliflower, capers, and brioche croutons. Delish!

Escargot "Casino de Marakech" | merguez sausage, breadcrumbs, mint
We add spicy merguez sausage and compound butter to our escargot shells and cook them with breadcrumbs and serve them with little wraps of roasted cabbage and fresh mint. So much flavor in these little shells!

Restaurant Week continues! We are offering three-courses for $45 during our dinner services through February 12th (excludes Saturdays). Come in and try our Bananas Foster Profiteroles with homemade banana ice cream, banana rum caramel & crème fraîche!
