Friends and Neighbors,
While we had hoped to re-open Carla Hall’s Southern Kitchen, after careful consideration my business partners and I have decided to close the restaurant. It was a venture close to my heart but we experienced a few hurdles, including an electrical fire, which severely impaired the restaurant’s operations. From the intimate dinners I prepared for the Kickstarter backers, to the countless events and busy nights at the restaurant, I truly value each and every new friend and food memory made.

You may have heard that we've decided to temporarily close Carla Hall's Southern Kitchen at 115 Columbia Street Brooklyn, NY.
I'm happy to say that we will re-open in the coming weeks, but are taking this opportunity to make ourselves better. Because we believe that we can operate at a much higher standard, and that our customers deserve nothing less than our best.
