What people say
American restaurants are known for their delicious and hearty meals, and Serendipity 3 in New York City is no exception. This landmark restaurant has been serving up their famous Frrrozen Hot Chocolate since 1954, and it's a must-try for anyone visiting the city. But what sets Serendipity 3 apart is not just their delicious food, but also their commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
During Pride Month, Serendipity 3 showed their support for the LGBTQ+ community by creating a Love is Love Pride Sundae that was available for everyone to enjoy. The sundae featured a slice of rainbow PRIDE cake, rainbow swirl lollipops, three scoops of Birthday Cake ice cream drenched in white chocolate sauce, and covered in a rainbow confetti white chocolate shell flying a rainbow PRIDE flag. It was topped with rainbow PRIDE glitter-dusted whipped cream and colorful maraschino cherries.
In addition to this special offering, Serendipity 3 also partnered with The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative (SIGBI) by selling The Stonewall Inn IPA. This fearless IPA had unabashed notes of citrus peel and grapefruit, celebrating where we've been and where we're going as a community. Ten percent of the proceeds went to SIGBI.
Serendipity 3's commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone is truly admirable. And with their delicious food offerings like Frrrozen Hot Chocolate and Love is Love Pride Sundae, it's no wonder why this restaurant has become such a beloved NYC institution.
