What people say
Tex-mex restaurants are known for their delicious and flavorful dishes that combine the best of Mexican and Texan cuisine. And when it comes to Tex-mex restaurants, Blockheads on 2nd Avenue in New York is definitely a standout.
Blockheads offers a casual dining experience with a menu that features their famous frozen margaritas and burritos that are brought to life with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Their vegan menu is also worth mentioning, which has been recognized by Mayor Eric Adams for promoting healthy eating.
What sets Blockheads apart from other Tex-mex restaurants is their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The owners, Ken and Don, have been serving the community for 29 years and have built a loyal following of customers who appreciate their dedication to providing great food and service.
While it's unfortunate that Blockheads will be closing its doors soon, it's worth taking advantage of the opportunity to enjoy one last meal and margarita at this beloved establishment. So if you're looking for a Tex-mex restaurant that delivers on taste, quality, and atmosphere, look no further than Blockheads on 2nd Avenue in New York.
