Six years ago on January 11 , Max food writers from New York Times contacted me to request permission to visit the NY Indonesian Food Bazaar and pen the story behind its establishment. I was delighted and surprised that the chosen date coincided with my birthday, making this article my most memorable birthday gift ever. I extend my gratitude to Falkowitz and Moran for bestowing upon me the most exceptional gift of my life.
Additionally, I extend my appreciation to all the food writers, foodies, and supporters who have consistently backed us.
