We should probably post more tacos, and we’ll get to that…but first, another shout out to another year and another A, to a team much bigger than who you see here, who ensures that our food is joyful, delicious, convenient…and safe.
Food Safety isn’t Instagram-sexy, but we know it’s the foundation of any good food business (or one you want to support, at least). And when you’re making 100s of thousands of tacos (and thousands of gallons of of queso…and horchata…;)), that go all over the NYC metro and beyond (thanks, LGA), it takes knowledge, discipline, attention to detail, and the unquantifiable quality of giving a gosh darn.
Behind the scenes, this KDT team handles not just your well-known NYC DOH and the anxiety-inducing letter grade system, but also USDA daily inspections, FDA, and 3rd Party Audits to boot.
We take our job providing happiness and health through our tacos seriously. Very proud of this team. Very proud of these tacos (more pics of those soon, I swear). 👑

This summer, we opened KDT @ LGA, making not just your on-the-go airport breakfast a better experience…we took on the whole dang day. With and , you can now get our signature menu of all-day breakfast tacos from 6am-10pm, plus our menu extensions from HQ, like Tex-Mex Bowls, Tacodillas, Queso & Eggs…and more.
In a rush? Find our grab’n’go tacos in CIBO markets in Terminal C, too. But if you’ve got a few extra minutes, come see us along with other New York classics in the Food Hall, close to gates 60-69.
