To get to Surf Avenue in Brooklyn, you can take the subway and get off at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue Station. From there, it's a short walk along Surf Avenue to the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant.

If you prefer driving, there are several parking lots available in the area. One option is the MCU Parking lot located on West 19th Street and Neptune Avenue.

As for the donut shop, it's also located on Surf Avenue and can be reached by following the same directions as above.
