To get to Burnside Avenue, you can take the subway and get off at the Burnside Ave station. The B and D trains stop there. Once you exit the station, walk west on Burnside Ave until you reach the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant.

If driving, there are a few parking options. There is metered street parking along Burnside Ave or you can park in the paid parking lot located next to the train station.

As for Dunkin', it is located on Burnside Ave as well but a few blocks east from the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant. It is easily accessible by foot or car using the same directions as above.
