Bittersweet, white & hazelnut milk chocolate with with bits of toasted & buttered sourdough.
*When browning the butter, I added malted milk powder and used a dash of soy sauce (in lieu of miso) to deepen the umami*

With ketchup & hot sauce. A NY staple.
(It's really vanilla cake with fresh strawberries & vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. White chocolate "cheese" & strawberry syrup "hot sauce". Even the wax paper is edible)

One word. Heaven. It's like Mexican hot chocolate & pecan pie had a love child. So delicious!
