Meet the Pineapple Boghosian. A linzer that is dipped in batter, deep-fried and topped with our signature lime salt.

All our linzers are handmade but due to our bakers buttery hands many are broken during the process.

With the “When life gives you lemons…” school of thought, the pineapple boghosian was born.

Since the recipe calls for broken linzers, we have limited availability and only at the tearoom. Happy snacking. 😋 @ Té Company

Its iconic look with a nut pressed into the middle of the cookie is a childhood memory for many. The buttons are nutty in flavor and crumbly in texture. We love these at just about any time of day.
