Everybody talking about who owns what…
I’m over here focused on who’s seasoning your food BETTER 👀🧂
If you’ve been looking for a salt-free seasoning made with intention, flavor, and love this is your sign.
EnvyDisSeasonin’ is available now.
Get you one. Or don’t complain about bland food later 😌

My heart is so full right now… I honestly don’t even think y’all would fully understand.
I’ve been sitting on the idea of cooking for the homeless again, waiting for the “right time” to move on it. Today reminded me that sometimes the “sign” isn’t loud… it’s just real.
I helped my neighbor out with some clothes for her grandson, just something small. And without me expecting anything back, she came right back and blessed me with a whole bag of groceries—fresh food, pantry staples, everything. Just… care. Pure intention.
That exchange really shifted something in me.
So yeah… Soulful Sunday is happening. I’m going to cook and go feed my people like I said I would. No more postponing what I already feel led to do.
And if you’re reading this and you’ve been feeling that pull to build, connect, or align with real energy like this tap in. My event links are in my bio.
Because this is bigger than me.

Unpopular opinion:
If your food only tastes good because of salt, you don’t actually know how to season.
Real cooks know herbs and spices do the real work.
Agree or nah? 👀
