I am (im)patiently waiting for my brother to bring home DaVinci's for dinner!

I started this fan page when FB was still just a baby -August 18, 2009. Da Vinci Pizzeria was always my fave -beating J&V and A&L along the 18th Avenue pizza strip. I decided to honor this lifelong fave of mine with a FB page (something I have never done before). In June of 2012 Da Vinci set up their own FB page and recently insisted that I take down my page. It seems that although my site clearly reads "a fan page" in my description, that some thought this was the pizzeria's official page. Although I would be thrilled to have fans post and share that they love my product, my sweet non-threatening page with only 175 likes seemed to infuriate some even though many of the pics that I took and posted here somehow manged to appear on the official page (with no credit to this original site). Go figure. I am not taking this site down but I did decide to add to the title to make sure that it is perfectly clear that I am NOT affiliated with the store, the owners and the product. I am happy to share my site with other pizza lovers! Please feel free to post, reminisce, joke and share your love of pizza! As my good friend's son once said "Even bad pizza is good!"
