So the landlord who is a not for profit thinks it’s ok to put their trash in front of my store. The city says restaurants bring rats. I say the residential buildings bring rats. They put their garbage as you see under the tree. When sanitation comes they drag the bags and scatter the mulch . The rats get to the bags during the night. Whatever garbage or liquids that come from the bags stays there on the mulch and then the flies come. My store entrance is only feet’s from the garbage. I need help this is not right or fair! Please help my business.
