For the Comfort Food Restaurant and New American Restaurant:
Public Transport: Take the subway to the 3rd Ave station and exit on the east side. Walk three blocks north until you reach the intersection of 3rd Ave and 23rd St.
Driving/Parking: From downtown, take 2nd Ave or Broadway northbound until you reach 23rd St. Turn right onto W 23rd St and drive for three blocks until you reach 3rd Ave. There are several public parking garages nearby.
For the Breakfast & Brunch Restaurant:
Public Transport: Take the subway to either the 23rd St or 28th St station on the Lexington line. Exit on the east side and walk three blocks west until you reach Third Avenue.
Driving/Parking: From downtown, take Lexington Ave northbound until you reach either W 23rd St or W 28th St. Turn left onto your respective street and drive for three blocks until you reach Third Avenue. There are several public parking garages nearby.
