Regional wine pairing alert!

Enjoy our Imeruli Khachapuri and our Taste of Georgia sampler with an introductory style of amber wines, including Churi Wines Tsolikouri, Parvus Cellar Rachuli Tetra – Rachuli Mtsvane, Iago Chinuri, and Kartli Wines Chinebuli.

The low to medium amount of tannins in these wines pair fantastically well with the cheese in Imeruli or Penovani Khachapuri and the walnuts in the Taste of Georgia.

Georgian cuisine is known for its rich flavors and unique blend of spices, making it a popular choice among food enthusiasts. Chama Mama, a Georgian restaurant located in Chelsea and the Upper West Side of New York City, brings the authentic taste of Georgia to the Big Apple with a modern twist.

One of the standout features of Chama Mama is their dedication to using fresh ingredients and traditional Georgian cooking techniques. From their signature Khachapuri bread filled with cheese and egg to their succulent grilled meats, every dish is bursting with flavor and made with care.
