Wood fire roasted peppers with real Italian pine nuts. Lupini beans with our own imported EVOO and fennel pollen. House marinated olives from some of the finest growers in Italy.
Our starters are few, and they are purposefully simple, highlighting the most beautiful local and Italian ingredients. Perfect before our naturally leavened pizza.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for a very special Una Night Only with , celebrating their beautiful new cookbook.
The special pizza was topped with buffalo mozzarella, wood-fired roasted shish*to peppers, market egg, Sicilian sea salt, Mangieri EVOO, and finished with imported buffalo and cow ricotta, Berks County arugula, 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano, and date gastrique. Then, mascarpone-topped key lime pie sorbetto sundaes for dessertâŠand Claire even performed a few songs from her EP, making it all the more special.

This Friday, 4/24, weâre celebrating Richard, whoâs been an invaluable part of our Una team for over two and a half years. We met Richard through , which creates job opportunities for people with IDDs, and weâre grateful it brought him to us.
Richard and Anthony created a special pizza inspired by one of Richardâs favorite dishes: đ Richardâs Mac & Cheese Pizza đ
All sales from the pizza will be donated to Richardâs team for the Best Buddies Friendship Walk, which brings people together to build a more inclusive, kinder world through friendship.
Weâve also set aside a few prime-time reservations for Friday night for anyone who pledges to donate. More on that in Stories.
