Big news from our noodle family 🍜
After more than a decade of hand-pulling noodles at Smorgasburg and serving our Park Slope community at Noodle Lane, we’re so excited to share what’s next:
We’re opening Rulin, an upscale Chinese restaurant just south of Union Square, this December!
Rulin is our love letter to bold Sichuan and Cantonese flavors, tradition, and family. We’re incredibly grateful for the recent features in and that highlight this next chapter (swipe to read).
Follow for behind-the-scenes peeks, opening updates, and the story of how it all came to be.✨

We are honored to have been featured on
We are honored to be featured for our SIchuan-Style Pickled Fish, as we created it to pay homage to Guan Fu in Flushing. To be mentioned in an article with them is very humbling.
Have you tried pickled fish soup yet? If not, you're really missing out.
Come on by and mention this article for a special treat.
Visit us in Park Slope and we hope to see you soon!

Happy Thanksgiving Day!
In celebration of Thanksgiving Day, we'll be closed on November 24th, 2023. Enjoy your holiday, and thank you for welcoming us into your hearts.
We started making noodles because of our Chinese traditions and transitioned to making dumplings because Lane's son loved them. However, it's evolved to much more than that, as we are all one big family and we're grateful for that.
We'll be back tomorrow with your favorite dishes and enjoy the Macy's day parade!
