KGB Bar NYC Located on E 4th Street, KGB Bar NYC is a pub and bar & grill that's perfect for creative types who love a low-key boho vibe. Formerly a Ukrainian social club, this restaurant still retains its Soviet-themed decor and offers free entertainment almost every night at 7pm with an excellent eclectic reading series covering various genres such as fiction, science fiction, poetry, and more. The bar stays open very late making it the ideal spot for service industry professionals to unwind after their shifts.
