SUBJECT: LOCAL 138 MOVES TO 181 ORCHARD ST
LOCAL 138, your favorite local pub is shutting down on Ludlow St and reopening on Orchard St in the coming months!
The final day of operation at 138 Ludlow St will be Sat April 27. The grand reopening of LOCAL 138 at 181 Orchard St will be announced in the near future.
If you have spent any time at LOCAL 138 since our opening in 1996, the next few weeks are the last chance to say goodbye to this neighborhood staple in its current location and configuration.
Please email [email protected] to reserve the back room for parties of up to 50, or one of the two front semi private booths for parties of up to 10, or a table while you still can! Last call on Sat April 27!
It’s been a pleasure serving the Lower East Side community and the city at 138 Ludlow St. Come celebrate our final weeks at this location as we look forward to the future of LOCAL 138 at 181 Orchard!

To get to Orchard Street in New York, take the subway and get off at the Delancey Street/Essex Street station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Delancey Street for about 5-10 minutes until you reach Orchard Street.
If driving, there are several parking garages nearby including Mott Park LLC located at 32 Kenmare St and GGMC Parking at 131 Essex St.
