To reach the restaurant location on 3rd Avenue in New York, you can take Subway trains 4, 5 or 6 and get off at the Grand Central - 42nd St station. From there, you can walk south on Lexington Ave and turn right onto E 39th St. Finally, turn left onto 3rd Ave and the restaurant will be on your right.
If you are driving to the restaurant, take the FDR Drive and exit at E 42nd St. Then turn left onto E 42nd St and continue until you reach 3rd Ave where you'll finally need to make a right turn. There is street parking available but it might be difficult to find it during peak hours. Alternatively, there are paid parking garages in the area that you could also use.
