Two countries, one bag.
Our house blend brings together beans from Ethiopia, the actual birthplace of coffee, and India, where legend says a monk once smuggled seven coffee seeds home in his robes just to grow it himself.
We would like to think that same devotion shows up in every cup.
Sourced through Sucafina, our longtime coffee partner, who works directly with these farms instead of buying blind, so this bag can actually be traced back to where it grew.
Roasted medium, so you get all the character without the bitterness.
Good for drip, good for a slow Sunday pour over, good for pretending you know more about coffee than you actually do.
Bags are in store now, so you can make this exact cup at home.
Take a little bit of the shop with you.

Local free range grilled chicken, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, smoked cheddar, and a garlic herb aioli that ties the whole thing together, stacked on grilled sourdough.
This is not your average club sandwich. Every bite has weight to it. Smoky, creamy, a little indulgent in all the right ways.
Add masala fries or a side salad and you have got yourself a real meal.
The Chicken Club. On the menu now.
