Suns out, tables out ☀️ Our Bleecker café is made for slow coffees, people watching, and pretending your to-do list can wait a little longer.

Coffee may be in our name, but tea has always had a place here too. From matcha to chai to our orange or ginger mint teas, we love the ritual of slowing down with a really good cup...whatever’s in it. Today feels like a good day to sit awhile and order tea.

Did you know…we do more than lattes. ☕️ From single origin coffees to thoughtfully crafted blends roasted in Brooklyn, specialty coffee is at the center of everything we do. Whether you’re ordering a cortado, café con leche, Spanish latte, or a simple drip coffee, every drink starts with carefully sourced beans, hands-on roasting, and a team that genuinely cares about the process. Good coffee doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. Just intentional.

Longer days = outdoor coffee season. ☀️ A lot of our cafés have outdoor seating, which means more room for iced coffees, catch-ups, work breaks, and sitting in the sun a little longer than you planned.

Buttery, crumbly, loaded with blueberries. 🫐 Our blueberry scones are baked fresh and made for slow mornings, second coffees, and “I’ll just grab one thing” that somehow turns into staying awhile.

Every sandwich starts with bread baked fresh by our team, every single day.
From the bread to what’s inside it, we keep the process close, hands-on, and made with intention. Because good coffee deserves a really good sandwich too.

This month’s pick: bold, balanced, and rooted in innovation. ☕️
Our Java Nicaragua comes from longtime farmer partner in Dipilto, Nicaragua, whose commitment to experimentation and quality has shaped this coffee from seed to cup. Originally cultivated on the island of Java in Indonesia, this varietal has flourished in Nicaragua’s high-altitude soil under Jorge’s care — creating a cup with deep notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and red fruit with a smooth finish.
It’s a coffee that reflects both origin and evolution. The result of curiosity, patience, and long-term relationships at every step of the process.
Available now in our cafés and online

Sunny days just hit different when you take your coffee outside. Outdoor seating at many of our cafés means more room to sit, stay, and actually enjoy it, a little fresh air, a little people watching, and a cup that tastes better in the sun.
No rush. Just good coffee and a good day ☀️

Slow down. Let the coffee sit for a second. Let the conversation last a little longer. Not everything has to be rushed - some of the best parts happen when you stay awhile. ☕️

We think about coffee. Always.
And everything that goes into it—
how it’s grown, who grows it, how it gets here, and how we show up along the way.
From compostable cups to reusables, it’s the small choices that add up.
Staying a little longer. Wasting a little less.
Bring your own cup, take a little off your total, and be part of it. 🌎☕
