Cooking for Alimentari: An Evening with Mina Stone

For one night only, we’re welcoming acclaimed chef, cookbook author, and Cultured Mag Food Editor-at-Large Mina Stone to il Buco Alimentari.

Chef Mina and Chef Amelia have created a special four-course dinner inspired by Mina’s debut cookbook Cooking for Artists with a preview of recipes from her forthcoming book.

Expect Greek and Italian–inspired dishes including vibrant dips and focaccia, blood orange crudo, handmade cappelletti, Greek-style skirt steak, and citrus tiramisu.

Each ticket includes a signed copy of Cooking for Artists and a mini bottle of il Buco Alimentari olive oil.
