Konditori is a coffee shop that truly stands out from the rest. Their strong flavored coffee, ground fresh daily on premises, is a trademark of their establishment. The vintage/rustic feel of the environment creates a comfortable atmosphere for customers to enjoy camaraderie while indulging in hand rolled kettle boiled bagels, gourmet muffins and fine Swedish treats like Cardamom Bread and Kanelbulle.
What sets Konditori apart is their exclusive process for roasting beans with Arabic beans from three different central American countries through an air heated process which produces an exquisite flavor that is uniquely theirs. The coffee is brewed fresh every hour on the hour to maximize the aromatic experience and they also offer French press which creates a very robust aroma with their medium to light house blends resulting in a surprisingly clean finish.
Their ice coffee is cold brewed for 24 hours producing superior flavor with 70% less acidity and no bitterness. Konditori aspires to combine the hominess of Swedish coffee culture with the edginess of Brooklyn, making it your local Williamsburg coffee shop. Overall, Konditori offers great coffee, fine baked goods and confections in a cozy atmosphere that will make you want to come back again and again!
