DOUG E.'S was a soul food, seafood and southern restaurant located on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard. They offered an array of chicken and seafood entrees such as fried chicken, BBQ chicken, fish and shrimp served with fries or two sides including rice & peas, collared greens, broccoli & garlic, corn, candy yams, mac and cheese and fries. The star dish though was the waffles, topped with either chicken wings, chicken fingers, fish or shrimp. Unfortunately DOUG E.'S is now permanently closed.
