THANK YOU! JapanFes SummerFes 2 was incredible! Thank you to those who supported us and tried our Shinka Birria Ramen 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
Chef Waki and our team worked non-stop (literally!) To serve hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of Birria Ramen from open until we sold out at 5pm!
The process to prepare for a street stall event like this takes weeks of preparing in order to serve hundreds of cups of craft ramen. So it is so rewarding to see the response ❤️❤️❤️.
We're sorry we were unable to serve everyone, and hope that you will join us at our restaurant at 93 Bowery, where we feature Shinka Birria Ramen and 4 other award-winning ramen, including our famous Beef Bone Marrow Ramen 🍜!
We hope to see all of you soon!
