Our 6th Course, and the first of our Nigiri section is Toro with a drop of garlic confit oil. We slowly roast fresh garlic and bottle up the natural sweetness of the garlic oil to add an extra layer of umami 🤤

Mori is officially opening to the public next Thursday, March 14th 2024.

Located in SoHo, we serve a contemporary omakase menu offering an assortment of seasonal fish and seafood flown directly from Japan. Led by Chef Solomon Halim & Andre Wijaya we curate an intimate 16 course chef tasting menu with a modern elevated feel.

We are offering a promotional soft opening deal of $110 for 16 courses in the first month of being open. With three seatings per day: 5:30pm, 7:30pm & 9:30pm and only 11 seats per seating, we aim to deliver an elevated and intimate dining experience, every time.
