Healthy but make it ramen. Hippie Ramen, vegan broth for the flower child in all of us. Curly noodles topped with spinach, and finished with house-made scallion oil, fragrant sweet onion and a hint of ginger. Try with cheese topping like they do in Japan!

What people say

Ramen restaurants are known for their delicious and comforting bowls of noodles, broth, and toppings. And Tatsu Ramen on 1st Avenue in New York is no exception. This ramen restaurant has gained a reputation for serving up some of the best ramen in town, with a unique twist that sets them apart from the rest.

One thing that makes Tatsu Ramen stand out is their creative take on classic Japanese dishes. Their Pork Katsu Sando, for example, features breaded pork belly topped with pickled mustard greens sandwiched between Japanese milk bread with Kewpie mayo and katsu sauce. It's a mouthwatering combination that's sure to satisfy any craving.

But Tatsu Ramen also caters to those looking for healthier options. The Hippie bowl is a popular choice among health-conscious diners, featuring fresh vegetables and lean protein in a flavorful broth.

And let's not forget about their signature ramen bowls. From the Bold Ramen with pork and soft-boiled egg to the Naked Ramen for vegetarians, there's something for everyone at Tatsu Ramen.

But what really sets this restaurant apart is their commitment to soulful cooking. As they say on social media, they're "ramen with a Soul." And it shows in every dish they serve up.

So if you're looking for an unforgettable ramen experience in New York City, look no further than Tatsu Ramen on 1st Avenue.
