SingleCut Beersmiths QNS is a brewery, pub, and bar & grill founded by Rich Buceta, a Queens/NYC native with a deep passion for music and brewing. Combining his love for hops with a reverence for the craft of brewing, Rich turned his dream into reality after years of homebrewing and professional experience in NYC. Since its establishment in 2012, SingleCut has become renowned for its original hop-driven beers, inspired by West Coast pioneers but uniquely interpreted through an East Coast lens.
